6 years ago, I met the man that would change my life in a way that I would never expect....
And he stole my heart and made me fall head over heals in love with him....
And we knew we would spend the rest of our lives together forever.....
That was the day he asked me to be his wife.....

Friends
Robin and Julie met some really great friends. One of the things I admire the most is they all believed the love of Jesus was strong enough for anything they would face as children to teenagers to adults. The girls were able to show the love of Jesus to their friends and they were shown right back. These are things that I believe they will take with them.

When Julie and Robin started attending VCS, Scott and I were not going to Church regularly. We did not have a personal relationship with Jesus. When the girls would come home from school and tell us how they were Jesus to someone or how much they LOVE God. It made us long for that. That is when we found our Church home and a whole new family!
We were blessed with some really great teachers!!!
The girls met a lot of people in this building that will forever change their life's. We are grateful for each and every teacher that has impacted both Robin and Julie's life. For believing in them when they stopped believing! Thank you VCS for the memories you have filled us with the past few years!
We were blessed with some really great teachers!!!
Julie and her first grade teacher! Mrs. McKnightJulie with VCS Bible teacher! Mr. TJulie with VCS principal! Mr. Chapman
More to come....

Saying goodbye
It is always hard to say goodbye weather it is to a person, a job, a home, a pet, or a school. Today we said goodbye to my cousin's grandma. To me she was known as Grandma Chris. She was one of the sweetest and caring people I have ever met. She had love in her heart for everyone. It is comforting to know that she is where I dream to be one day. We will see her again.
And this week the girls will say goodbye to their school. At this point it's still up in the air on where they will be attending next year. Tomorrow will be the last time that Julie and Robin will ever get to see some of their friends, teachers and people they have grown to love. I pray that the girls will take with them the experiences they have from Village. I am planning on posting some of our VCS memories later this week.
